Goal: To accurately describe facts, habits, and completed actions across the timeline.
🕒 1. Simple Present: The “Now” and “Always”
We use the Simple Present for facts, habits, or things that are generally true.
- The Rule: * For I, You, We, They > Use the Base Verb (e.g., walk).
- For He, She, It > Add -s or -es (e.g., walks).
- Examples:
- I study every day. (Habit)
- The sun rises in the east. (Fact)

🕰️ 2. Simple Past: The “Finished”
We use the Simple Past for actions that started and finished in the past.
- The Rule: * Regular Verbs: Add -ed to the base verb (e.g., walked, played).
- Irregular Verbs: These change completely! (e.g., go becomes went, eat becomes ate, see becomes saw).
- Examples:
- I watched a movie yesterday. (Regular)
- She wrote a letter last night. (Irregular)
- We visited Chennai last year.
🚀 3. Simple Future: The “Next”
We use the Simple Future for actions that have not happened yet.
- The Rule: Use will + the Base Verb (e.g., will walk). This rule stays the same for everyone (I, You, He, She, We, They).
- Examples:
- I will call you tomorrow.
